We want you to be satisfied with Plynthio. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, customer service inquiries, and refund processing.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Plynthio subscriptions include a 30-day refund period. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable usage of the Service.
Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of Plynthio as a data and audit platform, refunds may be denied in cases of material use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Generation of audit records or reports
- Exporting or downloading operational data
- Active use of the platform in live jobsite or production environments
- Use of integrations, automated workflows, or compliance processes
By using the Service in a live operational capacity, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate and irreversible value, which may limit refund eligibility.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Plynthio subscription at any time by contacting support@plynthio.com.
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No future billing cycles will be charged
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@plynthio.com with your account details and reason for the request.
Refunds, when approved, are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
