Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Plynthio platform ("Service"), operated by Plynthio Ltd Liability Co. ("Plynthio," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, managers, and field workers using the mobile application.

2. Description of Service

Plynthio is a mobile-first field operations platform that provides geofenced check-ins, structured safety workflows, audit-ready record generation, access control, and related tools for construction, field service, and industrial operations teams. The Service includes a web-based dashboard and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a per-site, per-month basis. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Plynthio and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plynthio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at sales@plynthio.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and you may request export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
